Adam S. Holdsworth is an Investor Relations professional with over 20 years of experience managing integrated communications programs for public and private companies. Mr. Holdsworth has a strong understanding of capital markets with extensive experience providing strategic counsel to clients. His experience includes overseeing corporate communications strategy & execution, capital markets strategy & marketing, crisis communications, and transactional counsel around IPO’s, financings, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Holdsworth has held senior positions at KCSA Strategic Communications, PCG Advisory Group, and the Investor Relations Group. Mr. Holdsworth graduated with a degree in Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University. Adam was raised in Ithaca, NY and has lived in Providence, RI, Boston, MA, New York City, and currently resides in Miami, FL.
